Lightning magic to stun, fire wand with armor and skill boosts to finish. Three stun cycles. Only food buff was a latte for stamina to dash around through the wing buffet and the tracking fell laser. So consistent I soloed him last night and on two different instances this morning. In some recent patch only one fell wyvern flies up after each stun cycle instead of four, making that easy with my radiant aura.
